When shopping for a few bits to wear in paris, the first place i searched was ASOS. This lead me to realise that this isn't the first time i've immediately thought of ASOS when wanting something new. I'd say at least 40% of my wardrobe is pieces i've purchased from ASOS, whether its their own brand pieces or concessions. I'm sure all of you are familiar with the site but regardless, i wanted to dedicate this post to all things ASOS seeing as majority of this outfit is from there. The quality of their pieces is always great, and although not everything i purchase ends up suiting me or fitting quite right, the returns process is a breeze and with their Premier next day delivery, i never have to wait long to try on my new goodies which is perfect for an impatient person like me! I'm always so amazed by their prices and although not everything is cheap, their more expensive pieces are always worth it for the unique cuts and high quality fabrics. I just posted about why i love investing in high quality pieces (read the post here), but for trend pieces or basics i purchase to mix in with my investment staples, i tend to head to ASOS before then venturing into Zara and the likes as i know i'm likely to find something i love. This post sounds so sponsored but i promise you i just love ASOS haha!

So i wore this outfit for our second day in paris as i wanted something super casual and comfortable for walking around all day in. I love this blazer and i've worn it so much already since i purchased it a couple of months ago, and knew i wanted to take it with me. I decided to pick up a new pair of jeans for the trip as i'm loving light wash denim at the moment and the only pair i have are the most distressed things on the planet. I always buy my jeans from ASOS (other than black skinnies which i get from All Saints), so i knew i was going to love these even before they arrived. They're a true, thick denim and although a slightly smaller fit, flatter my figure beautifully if i do say so myself! I paired the outfit with this tight camel jumper as i'm just so obsessed with them lately, they're the perfect transitional wardrobe piece and this one was so affordable at under £20! On my feet i opted for trainers and to be honest these aren't the most comfortable (i had a good few blisters by the end of the day) but i think it was partly due to the fact it was the first time i properly wore them, and i wore pop socks which were pretty tight and uncomfortable in themselves. Oh Well! Accessories wise i wanted to be very minimal with my choices so i didn't have to bring too many, so i ended up bringing my Karen Millen nude bag as it goes with practically everything, and a black option if i wanted a change.  This is such a 'me' outfit and i tend to repeat this look with various different pieces on a weekly basis, as i know it'll suit me and keep me feeling confident and comfortable throughout the day.
